ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION

**This role in summary**:

EMEA SAP SD Manager is mainly responsible for designing the solution and managing the delivery, assuring the consistency of the order to cash process and the IT landscape.

The role is mainly focused on the areas of Sales Order management and billing, participating in cross-functional initiatives together with the Global IT community and Whirlpool business.

He/She will be part of the Whirlpool EMEA Global IT Integrated Value Chain structure.

We are offering the work in the dynamic team located in multiple EMEA sites in a hybrid model (3+2).

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Maintains business relationships with the Whirlpool business team concerning the functional areas of order management, pricing, promising and billing

- Demand Management: works with business to identify and document business requirements, manages within the central GIS organization the technical solution development and delivery

- Accountable for standardizing IT processes and template governance, driving continuous improvement

- Participates and leads IT projects and enhancements providing the details of business requirements collected and designing the functional and technical solution

- Drives solution design, development, testing and implementation

- Maintains relationship with external Suppliers (for AMS and Projects management)

- Support Management: coordinates and supervises IT solutions implementation, cooperating with central IT teams, is consulted on issue resolution

**Minimum requirements**:

- Good knowledge of SAP ECC SD module (customer master data, sales documents management, pricing, ATP, output controll, billing process)

- At least 3 years of IT experience in the area of SAP Sales and Distribution

- At least 2 years of management experience

- Experience in SAP projects within the area of Sales and Distribution

- Ability to translate a business process or requirement into a technical solution and explain technical information to non-technical people

- IT technology and development aptitude

- Aspiration towards standardization and implementation of best practices

- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Strong team player and ability to work in multicultural, international environment

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- Knowledge of SAP Global ATP, Advanced ATP

- Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field

- Understanding of the Supply Chain concept and related business processes

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (waterfall and agile)

- Ability to understand ABAP code
