We are recruiting for the role of SAP Security lead analyst to design and deliver end-to-end security solutions and systems within our EMEA SAP systems, working across a variety of business areas, including finance, logistics, integration, operational reporting, and management reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will design technical solutions to meet business security requirements.

- You will coordinate contractor resources to deliver on-going support to the business, including task management, provision of mentoring and support and serving as point of escalation.

- You will lead contractor resources to deliver the security elements of projects and initiatives with accountability for clearing roadblocks and ensuring timely and quality delivery of security requirements.

- You will resolve customer complaints/technical issues in collaboration with support team and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

- You will assist in management of technical changes through the landscape, responsibility for quality and assurance that control points are satisfied.

- You will have responsibility for process improvement initiatives and implementation of custom and third-party tooling.

**Education**:

We would love to hear from you if you have a degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering other related STEM fields (Economics, Physical Science, Social Science, Engineering and Mathematics)

**Experience and Skills**:

**Required**:

- Strong leadership, project management and influencing skills with evidence of their effectiveness working on large, sophisticated projects and simultaneously leading multiple challenging priorities.

- Initiative and capability to work independently while pulling in and collaborating with others as required will be strong character traits.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to quickly digest and assimilate sophisticated information and processes.

- Functional background in any supply chain and/or finance processes strongly favoured.

- Awareness of GxP and SOX regulatory frameworks strongly favoured.

- Solid ability to assess functional requirements and translating into technical solutions is required.

**Other**:

- First rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff being able to tailor communication to audiences of differing levels of technical expertise and will be comfortable communicating with management.

- Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise

- SAP S/4 Hana certification in security will be considered a plus
