Role and responsibilities Within Avvale, VAS represents a center of excellence in the management of Value-Added Services.

The practice VAS is constantly evolving and, thanks to the trust gained with its customers, it is in strong expansion with progressive growth over the years.

Despite the strong propensity in the management of services, this practice also delivers small and medium-sized projects so that customers can lean on up-to-date professional skills and on a team that knows their processes and systems very well.

As Service and Project Manager, you will work for services that need a focus on the implementation of new initiatives in an international context, managing different teams and scopes As Service Manager you need to be prepared to face AMS on SAP or Digital Platform (Web and Mobile Application), to be proactive in proposing procedures for continual improvement and distribute them all over teams.

As Project Manager you need to manage AMS Set Up projects, AMS Transition projects and software implementation projects.

You will be responsible for: ? Leading projects for AMS Set up or transition in international context ? Preparing and presenting reports to detail the project approach and status, being able to adapt the story telling based on interlocutors' level.

? Monitoring services and project performances ? Monitoring and managing different teams Required Skills ? Have at least 5-6 years of relevant work experience as Service Manager and/or Project Manager ? Solid SAP expertise and knowledge ? PMP and ITIL certification or strong understanding ? Be fluent in Italian and proficient in English ? Ability to communicate effectively to colleagues and customers ? Attitude to operate in international and challenging contexts.
