Role and responsibilities You will be part of the Avvale's innovative HCM CoE, a team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge projects and managing top-tier services in the HCM space.
You will be responsible for: Carry out analysis sessions with customers to collect both functional and technical requirements on business processes, and being responsible for SuccessFactors configuration; Proactive participation during UAT sessions; Training users on SAP SuccessFactors products; Creating effective visual presentations; Being a mentor and a Team Leader of junior consultants; Required Skills At least 3 years end to end SuccessFactors Talent Management modules implementation experience; Deep knowledge in configuration of SuccessFactors Talent modules; Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Talent management business processes; Ability to work in a global environment, on multiple projects at the same time; Results-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in cooperation with a virtual Team; Must be fluent in English and in Italian both written and spoken; Availability to travel, also abroad; Deep knowledge of agile methodologies; It will be considered a plus: Knowledge and experience of any other Successfactors modules; Experience in SAP HCM on premise modules; Certification in one of the Talent modules (LMS, Compensation, Performance); Come with us We offer you the opportunity to grow in a young and dynamic team where you can take care of your work-life balance, thanks to our smart working policies and develop your professional career in a meritocratic context!
