SAP Support will be part of the E-Services organization, a De'Longhi Group Company that offers 360° IT Services to the De'Longhi Groups and to third part Clients.

In the Application team, reporting to the SAP Support Manager, he/she will have a responsibility in the AMS field (Assistance Maintenance Service). Main Responsibilities:- Providing support for SAP MM, WM and EWM Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA;- Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation;- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly;- Working closely with different teams (ex: basis, abap, functional) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely;- Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application;- Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and functional team;- Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation;- Support user in carrying out User Acceptance;- Test Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support;- Update system documentation and training documents/user manual;- Provide training to users;- Prepare internal presentation and proposal whenever necessary. Job ProfileQualifications:- Master Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Management Engineering or Computer Science;- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience of SAP MM/WM/EWM module in a Company and/or in a consulting firm. Skills:- Experienced SAP MM/WM/EWM module configuration skill;- Understanding of ABAP language;- Service Management;- Organization;- Process Management;- Good interpersonal and communication skills;- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and activities with agreed deadlines;- Flexibility, curiosity and willingness to be involved in a challenging, dynamic and inspiring environment;- Problem solving;- Team working;- Fluent in English;- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
