If so, we invite you to join our team as a SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist.

- This role will be based in Anagni, Italy, and will report directly to the Project Director of Engineering & Construction.

- End of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the manufacturing site Catalent Anagni S. r. l.

with the ambition to expand our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients.

You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.

**The Position

- As a SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase requisitions in SAP, ensuring follow-up responsibility.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Engineering Group's logistics, including travel planning, booking, and expense reporting.

Moreover, you will be responsible for facilitating calendar management and planning through Microsoft Outlook.

- Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

- Plan engineering events, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate catering support, also facilitate visitor access, logistics, and allocation

- Support the Engineering Group Training through scheduling and reporting Support the Off-Site meetings planning, location selection and logistic

- Prepare PowerPoint slide decks and interact daily with the Engineering Group Director to prioritize tasks

**Qualifications

- As a SAP & Engineering Operations Support Specialist, you need at least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

- To be effective in this role, you should have:

- Fluency in Italian and excellent in English (speaking, reading, and listening)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong teamwork and networking capabilities

- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment

- SAP experience would be nice to have

- University degree would be a plus
