**REPORTS TO**: STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER

**JOB MISSION**:

Effettuare attività di cucito dei capi per realizzare riparazioni oppure alterazioni adattando gli abiti alle forme del cliente anche attraverso le attrezzature da cucito a disposizione.

**RUOLO & RESPONSABILITA'**:

- Effettuare modifiche ed arrangiamenti del prêt-à-porter, garantendo e rispettando la qualità e le tempistiche stabilite

- Assicurare che i servizi di alterazione dei capi come la presa misure ed arrangiamenti vengano effettuati

- Stirare e vaporizzare i capi prima della consegna al cliente

- Supportare i colleghi Client Advisor durante le vendite nel fornire ai clienti consigli relativi alla vestibilità e la cura dei capi

- Conoscere ed essere aggiornato in tema di stili, tessuti, vestibilità per garantire al cliente un servizio di eccellenza.

- Verificare l'agenda degli appuntamenti per organizzare e garantire che tutte le attività siano terminate prima degli incontri programmati con i clienti

- Garantire che vengano mantenuti i più alti standard di sevizio al cliente
