**Your mission**:
In this role you will be a member of our customer service team and you will work closely with the Traditional Trade channel.
**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:
- Supervision of Customer Service activity for Face & Call model
- Keep relationships with 3PL, Sales and Administration to provide instructions/order tracking feedback/etc.
- Guarantee relations with IBG Customer Service and Sales Force for Lay's orders to delivery and supervise order interface
- Preparation of meeting with IBG Sales and Franchise Mgr Italia
- Contribute to PO1 model consolidation and for preparation and participation in meetings with Sales and Customers
- Monitor and analyze order flow to find improvement solutions in collaboration with IT team and analyze MT Top Customers performance for TAG (Advantage survey)
- Support Customer Service Mgr in logistic cost analysis, new projects and reporting activity
- Customer service Export - Keep the relationship with Export clients, managing the whole communication process
Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Sales & Ops processes
- Knowledge of ERP system (QAD) and reporting tools (Cognos, TMS, etc.
)
- Relationship building capacity
- Flexibility and problem-solving attitude/proactiveness, effective time management
- Fluent English and Italian
