This pivotal role is key to ensuring clients receive seamless, personalised support by effectively managing client enquiries, building strong relationships, and coordinating staff and client rostering. As a Scheduling Assistant you will be responsible for:Client Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client and family inquiries, providing information with empathy and ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive. Relationship Development: Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and our care team.

Build trust and confidence in our services by fostering a client-focused, person-centred approach. Rostering Management: Efficiently oversee staff and client scheduling to ensure optimal care delivery.

Adapt and respond to changing needs, balancing staff availability with clients' care requirements to maintain high-quality standards and continuity of care. Minimum Requirements:Scheduling Experience: Skilled in managing complex schedules and workloads. Client-Centric: Genuine commitment to client-first service. Compliance: Current National Police Clearance. Team Player: Collaborative with a focus on organisational goals. Aged Care Experience: Familiarity with aged care or healthcare.
