**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

**MNC is looking for a Associate Banker, based in our Milan, Porta Nuova office.

The **MNC team **in Continental Europe manages the overall relationship with Multinational corporations having a key regional decision making centre in Continental Europe; the team based in Italy is in particular responsible to develop the relationship with Asian and Latam clients all over Europe and it is also responsible to develop and manage the relationship with the Italian subsidiaries of Santander multinational corporate clients.

The team coordinates and works together with products people based in the different branches in Continental Europe.

The team also manages all the internal relevant departments.

The MNC team is pivotal in developing the relationship among Santander and Multinational corporate clients In Europe.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a **MSC Banker Associate **you will become part of a truly entrepreneurial, international, and multicultural working environment.

As an Associate, you will work alongside experienced Junior and Senior experts, gaining excellent exposure, experience, and inclusion in the internal/external processes.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Assist and contribute to the development of new business opportunities together with products people.

- Internal and clients' presentation pitch and booklet preparation.

- Analysis related to Clients and their respective markets: market trends, financial analysis, clients' Balance sheet analysis as examples.

- Support the coordination among internal stakeholders such as Risk Management, Legal, Compliance etc.

- Business management activities related to the MNC portfolio (pipeline management, forecasts, results analysis, budgeting activity etc).

- KYC/clients onboarding activity.

- Supporting the banker in the marketing activity with some of the clients, in full coordination with the banker; potentially having direct and more autonomous interactions with some of them if the seniority is adequate.

**WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

- Manage multiple tasks in an efficient way.

- Support Senior colleagues to develop and execute business opportunities.

- Cooperate with Senior colleagues in preparing pitches and internal/external documents.

- Analysis of multinational corporate clients and market trends.

- Understand how Santander is organized and works and how it deals with its multinational corporate clients.

- Coordinate all internal activities of the team.

- Interact with people belonging to different countries and based in different geographies.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3 year experience in the Financial Environment.

EDUCATION

- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- Curiosity and entrepreneurial approach.

- Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is considered an advantage.

- Proficiency in Excel and MS office.

- Proactive approach, ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure; ability to build a personal network.

- Strong communication skills.
