We are looking for an executive to join the team for a period of 4 months

Job Summary

- Ensure compliance of all formulations, ingredients, products, packages, labels, claims, communication with local regulations and Company policy

- Support innovation and compliance process by providing scientific and regulatory expertise on new product concept and new ingredients

- Proactively works with PAC, Marketing, Legal to improve credibility and reputation

- Provide expert support on issues related to Renew Category Growth and Crisis Management (IMCR) teams need to address

Main Responsibilities

- Manage ingredient, formula, product, package, label, claims and product communication approvals using various compliance related tools and systems and working closely with R&D and Marketing.

- Ensure that all ingredients, products, packaging, labels, claims and communications are compliant to local regulations and company policies through continuous monitoring of regulatory landscape in the region.

- Leverage relationships/networks with external experts, government agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders on issues relating to nutrition and health, food safety and food regulatory matters to advance company positions

- Lead, coordinate and implement SRA initiatives within the region Italy & Albania

- Cascade Corporate and Operating Unit (OU) initiatives to mitigate regional regulatory and scientific risks by developing region specific initiatives where appropriate.

- Provide regulatory input in Incident Management Crisis Resolution, where relevant

- Keep business informed on emerging regulatory issues and develop strategies to mitigate regulatory risks.

- 3-5 years in food science, nutrition or related field and relevant experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

- Italian speaking is a prerequisite.

Must be fluent in English.

- Travel within Europe Operating Unit around 15%
