We are looking for a skilled scientific technical writer to join Tethis' Quality and Regulatory Affairs office to contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:Gather and select information from internal and external sourcesDiscuss with all internal personnel to assess relevant information and process structuresDraft and proofread new technical documentation and update existing ones, under the supervision of Area ManagementWrite documentation in a user-oriented language style and graphicsCreate clear, synthetic, and complete documentationIdeal Candidate Profile:Technical-scientific bachelor's degreeGood writing skillsProficient in Italian and English, both written and oralProficient use of Microsoft Office SuitePreferably, courses on ISO 13485 standard and IVDR technical documentation draftingPreferred Experience:1-3 years' experience in drafting technical manuals, technical files documentation, and quality proceduresExperience working in highly regulated industries (IVD or MD preferred)Key Skills:Logical thinkingAccuracyCollaborative approachFlexibility and adaptabilityAbility to understand other processes and people's needsAbility to communicate with people with different mindsetsSelf-training abilityLocation: Milan
