Your 'day to day'

You will join the Sensory Science team, accountable to guide and support the development of RRPs across the entire product development lifecycle and increase consumer/product understanding.

In this Scientist position, you will lead sensory evaluation panels, analyze data and communicate sensory outcomes, and support the team in developing and implementing sensory tests fitting business needs.

More specifically, you will

- Coordinate, plan, organize and lead sensory training and evaluation sessions, fostering an environment that motivates panellists and maintains their engagement

- Collect, consolidate, analyze and interpret data.

Report and communicate sensory results, and recommend sensory directions for further product improvement.

- Support Sensory Science activities by proposing, developing and implementing accurate sensory evaluation solutions/improvements to ensure high quality data and fit for purpose solutions.

- Collaborate with internal customers to establish product requirements / sensory objectives, and define and implement appropriate sensory tests/projects

- Manage sensory samples and data recording to ensure full data traceability

Who we are looking for

- CFC coupled with significant experience in sensory field or Bachelor's/Master's degree in a scientific background with a focus in Sensory Sciences with a lower level of experience

- Meaningful experience in sensory evaluation panel animation

- Demonstrated experience in chemical/sensory laboratories coupled with extensive knowledge of sensory testing and experience in sample preparation

- Ease with sensory evaluation techniques coupled with knowledge in applied statistics

- Ability to plan effectively with a strong organizational sense

- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, coupled with passion in bringing the voice of the consumers into the design of our products

- Good knowledge of English, both oral and written
