Responsibilities:

Analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales inputs to accurately predict future demand and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

Setting safety stock levels and inventory modeling to ensure optimal stock levels in compliance with company's KPIs, adjusting forecasts based on changing demand and supply conditions.

Maintaining and periodically reviewing planning master data in SAP and IBP to implement adequate forecasting models, replenishment, and stock strategies.

Providing the internal customer team with detailed status updates on the availability of critical products within the portfolio.

Generating regular reports, tracking forecast accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Engineering or Economics

3 years' experience in Demand planning role, FMCG or B2B background will be considered a plus.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data are required.

Excel Mastery and MS Office knowledge at a relevant level.

Knowledge of SAP, IBP and BI

Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, are required to execute communications at all levels of the organization.
