**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns

- Inspect and evaluate the shortage items and resolve shortcomings

- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

- Involve project team as a SCM window make sure all SAP data is ready for secure material on time according to MLC status

- Close communication with HQ in Germany for SCM issues

**Your Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role

- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Fluent English communication skill

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or industrial engineering or a similar field preferred

- Familiar with Power BI and RPA tool will be plus

- CPIM certification will be plus
