As a script writer your role is to act as a content designer.

You will support the faculty (Leonardo's platform) team in writing training contents in different formats (interactive lessons, readings, video, podcast) and with different tone of voice based on stakeholders' needs and training guidelines.

- Capability to understand the best way to communicate a specific training request

- Ability to adapt the tone of voice to different targets, topics and format

- Ability to manage the training micro-design phase

- Ability to work with several stakeholder (course designers and creative hub) for the definition od a common formative objective

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Course micro-desing

- Script writing for digital platforms

- Script writing for video lessons

- Storyboard writing for interactive lessons

- Copywriting for descriptive texts in Leonardo's platform

**NETWORK OF INTERACTION**:

**INTERNAL**: Training production team, Faculty team, creative hub team

**EXTERNAL **:Vendor (if needed)

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- Clear understanding and experience of "digital learning" writing

- Have strong project management skills

- A user-centered and design driven approach

- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.

- If possible, have wholesale and retail experience

- Preferably have previous experience in the digital learning field

- Speak and write in English as a native (essential), Italian (preferred) and competency in any other European languages would be beneficial.

**Educational Background**:Scriptwriting Masters or related fields, Education in writing/screenwriting

- Italian: Professional knowledge_

English: Native
