To carry forward our mission we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of Facilitating scrum ceremonies: ensure that all key Scrum events, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, are efficient, focused, and productive.

Coaching and mentoring: educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, promote self-organization, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Removing impediments: actively identify and remove obstacles that could hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

Collaboration and communication: promote open communication within the team and with stakeholders to ensure the team's work is aligned with business priorities and foster effective collaboration.

Process management: ensure the team follows Scrum practices and track progress to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership and facilitation: guide the team by serving as a facilitator, mediate conflicts, and ensure all Scrum meetings are productive and goal-oriented, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment.

What We Wish You'd Bring With A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience: at least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record in facilitating Scrum in dynamic and fast-paced software development environments.

Expertise in agile frameworks: a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, and how to apply them to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.

Coaching skills: experience in coaching teams on Agile practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding team members to reach their full potential.

Problem-solving: ability to identify and resolve issues that hinder the team's progress quickly.

Adaptability: comfort with change and the ability to guide the team through evolving requirements, shifting priorities, and new challenges.

Strong communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity when interacting with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.

NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in large-scale project management.

Previous experience abroad.

Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
