Job Description Your Responsibilities

Lead development team applying Agile/Scrum to produce high-quality and productive project work

Guide and coach the team to higher agile and scrum maturity

Empower the team to be self-organized, while still holding accountable overall project delivery

Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication

Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.

Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information system

At least 6 years of overall experience in software development

Proven experience in managing a team and/or projects

Good at project management, people management, and leadership

Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills

Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture

Nice to have

Certificate in Agile/Scrum

Certificate in project management
