**The role

As a

**Scrum Master** you will support the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, how to get the most of out of self-organization and how to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile framework.

Additionally, you will assess the Scrum Maturity of the teams, their output and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable.

This position provides support for various projects so the Scrum Master should have experience in the Software Development Lifecycle.

As a

**Scrum Master**, you will

- Model behaviours for teams/squads that support organization goals toward Agile adoption process

- Work with Product Owner to ensure product backlog aligns with team's capabilities to deliver

- Ensure the teams remain aligned with goals and objectives/identify areas for improvement

- Track metrics and look for improvement opportunities (PBI sizing techniques, team velocity, overall agile metrics)

**Skills and Experience Required

- Experience in being a full-time Scrum Master on at least 4 different teams

- Strong understanding of Scrum practices and roles

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in international settings with distributed multifunctional teams, including across different time zones

- Experiences in scaling Scrum approach and/or methodologies

- Experience providing classroom / workshop style training to beginners

- Team working and problem solving

- Analytical skills and aptitude for innovation

- Strong knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework

- Fluency in written and spoken English
