- In the position of a Scrum Master you will support the Scrum Team as a servant leader.

Your task is to organize and moderate ceremonies, to coach the team, to solve impediments, to support the successful achievement of the sprint goals and to actively shape and further develop the agile methods.

You will work with colleagues from Munich, Ingolstadt, Salzburg and Bolzano in a distributed team. SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES

- Several years of experience in agile methods and consulting of teams

- Openness to communication and remote work

- Scrum, Kanban, Agile Mindset

- Jira, Confluence

- Understanding of Lean Principles and DevOps is an advantage

PROFILE

- Degree in computer science or similar technical education

- Experience in the introduction and further development of agile methods

- Scrum Master certificate is an advantage

- Experience in the use of Jira and Confluence is an advantage

- Very good written and spoken German (level: C1)
