**Scrum Master**:

Quence, a company belonging to the TXT Group, among the Italian leaders in the Software Quality Assurance and test automation market, is looking for a Scrum Master with an experience of at least 2-3 years in the role and, preferably, with complex contexts of development and testing of web platforms and portals.

The resource will be placed in a team of an international client with HQ in Milan in the field of power grid control systems.

**Main responsibilities**:

Lead Scrum processes and ceremonies;

Facilitate close collaboration within the team and with the customer;

Disseminate and promote a Scrum mindset in project teams;

Proactively support the development team in resolving impediments;

Foster continuous improvement in order to ensure better product quality, faster delivery, and more effective ways of working;

Report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

**Agile Skills**:

**At least one of the following certifications**:

- Professional Scrum Master - PSM (Scrum. org),

- Certified ScrumMaster - CSM (Scrum Alliance),

- SAFE Framework.

Knowledge of Agile Methodology and the most widely used scaled frameworks (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFE, Nexus, Extreme Programming);

**Experience with the techniques**: Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing.

**Skills on Agile Tools**:

**At least one of the following tools**: MS DevOps, Jira, Confluence,

**Knowledge of at least one of the following tools**: Miro, MURAL.
