Your ChallengeAs a Scrum Master, your mission will be to guide, coach, and motivate the Agile team, spread across the globe, focusing on the needs of the team members and enabling them to provide value to their customers/partners with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization's values, principles, and business objectives.

Your main activities will be to:Act as a change agentOrganize and facilitate the Scrum events (Iteration Planning, Daily's, Iteration Demo, etc.

)Remove impediments (issue identification and resolution)Mentor the team applying Agile principles and practices, help the team as a servant leader to grow and get better - lead by example. Facilitate collaboration within the team and with the surrounding organizationEnsure that Scrum and other relevant methods are understood and driven properlyGuide the team to create evaluation methods and estimates, and periodically evaluate the process to become better in making predictions and reducing risks. Participate in Communities of Practices (CoP) for Scrum Masters to share experience within the organization. Provide Agile Awareness (and SAFe) trainingsTo be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, economics or related fieldCertified Scrum Master (e. g.

PSM 1 / PSM 2)SAFe know-howExperience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a scaled environment in an IT organization. Experience with building new or leading complex Agile teamsGood knowledge of Agile Project Management Software (Jira, Confluence, Polarion, and alike; SAP Solution Manager is a plus)Collaboration and team development skillsExperience in working with virtual, globally distributed teamsPassion to never stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and Italian; additional language like German is a plusEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerTo become part of our diverse and distributed team of more than 25 Scrum Masters.
