In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and smooth hospitality experience for sponsors/guests

RESPONSIBILITIES

Expand allTicketing & Accreditation

Manage the ticketing & accreditation process for external guests.

Organise ticket delivery for guests and prepare essential information to them. On-Track Activities

Scheduling on-track actives in liaison with all involved parties (e. g.

Account Manager, Commercial Team, Team Management).

Liaise with F&B Team for table allocation and timings.

Managing possible Paddock Club hospitality options.

Liaising with relevant F1 functions and race promoters to ensure successful, consistent, and smooth implementation. Communication

Ensuring permanent communication with the Account Managers, Team Management and commercial team to adapt to specific experience and client requirements.

Liaise with the logistic department to organize the freight for marketing assets. Marketing & Off-track activities

Overlook available hospitality options throughout the season.

Managing marketing assets (Invitations, Gifting, Packaging).

Organise off track events & activations (E. g.

Factory Viewings, Partner Day Events).
