In this role you will be responsible for all the activities of day-to-day relationship with assigned partners and Red Bull local markets ensuring the delivery of contractual rights and creating innovative activation ideas for partners.

You will ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and ROO (Return on Objective) from their investment.

- Relationship with Partners

Work closely with key personal of the partner company to understand their objectives implementing regular communication channels with the partners.

Pitch innovative activation ideas to the partners.

Manage and host guests on track and at partner activations (e. g Factory Tours, Off Track Events etc).

- Contractual discipline

Create and exchange a clear overview of contractual rights.

Monitor and track the usage of contractual rights.

Advise partner on how to utilize contractual assets most effectively.

- Support the partners in their marketing strategy.

Investigate new ways to drive value to existing relationships and improve the service we provide.

Create regular reports for the sponsors to showcase partnership process and communicate media values.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of sports sponsorship, brand marketing and client management (F1 experience is preferred).

- Broad understanding of partnership contractual discipline.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to communicate comfortably at senior level and in front of a group of people.

- Fluency in English (additional languages are preferred).
