Your Role**:Sea Logistics LCL Operational Care Expert is part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities.

Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring execution of the necessary bookings with coloaders, carriers, hauliers, customs brokers and any other provider involved in Sea Logistics activity

- Ensuring execution of the requisite data entry

- Ensuring the customer complaints handled in CoreLOG (by the CCL) are resolved with priority

- Ensuring Handling of required documentation

- Liaising with our Customer Care team to ensure requirements are met

- Managing and driving an LCL Operational Care team as required

- All of these activities are to be performed in compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocols.

Sea Logistics LCL Operational Care Supervisor may from time to time if trade management do not control this function on a given trade, be responsible for managing the coordination of customer shipments by securing spot buy rates and capacity with qualified carriers / partners.

They build and maintain a strong partnership with key carriers and vendors with particular focus on coloaders and LTL trucking providers.

She/he will be hierarchically responsible for his team-member #LI-CT2

- High level of attention to details

- Communication, organizational skills in organizing, planning, assigning and controlling, decision making, flexibility and ability to work under pressure are the top attributes sea logistics Operational Care need

- Fluent in English
