You make the difference. YOUR ROLE:The Revenue Care Specialist is responsible for overseeing the correct and appropriate revenue and cost input activities associated with our customers' transactions.

Most specifically, the FS-OR Specialist will be responsible for executing pre-invoice file audits to ensure proper cost entry and invoice entry fields are completed.

As a subsequent activity, they will generate invoice documentation for our customers.

In addition, the team will be responsible (along with our Customer Care Specialists) for ensuring customer credit information and customer quotations are up to date.

Lastly, our OCC Accounting Specialists will also provide support in systems functions and tasks associated with confirming expected Gross Profit (GP) at a transactional level, along with the month-end closings. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:To optimize the development of Finance and Sea Logistics operational KPIs. To ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and gross profit confirmation as per the Finance Accounting Policy. To work with Sales and Customer Care teams on credit limit adjustments. To check and index incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all transactions are accrued without error; initiate and resolve any rate discrepancies. To handle daily Forwarding Sub Ledger (FSL) activities including month-end closing, ensuring the timely closing for all files, coordinating with our CCL and OCC teams to resolve discrepancies. To ensure the proper charge codes usage. To drive the improvement of AutoFSL rates together with our CCL and OCC teams. To drive Local Charge Maintenance in SeaRates and QT in collaboration with the Pricing Manager and team. To ensure the accuracy and consistency of all operational finance data over its life cycle. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:University Degree in ADM, COMEX, IR or alike. Sea Logistics Experience. Intermediate English skills.
