Your Role**:Sea Logistics Operational Care Team Specialist is part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities.

Your Responsibilities**:

- Executing the necessary bookings with our partners through origin offices (Carriers)

- Executing import custom clearance and deliveries as per customer's request

- Executing the requisite data entry

- Executing financial tasks related to operational activities

- All of these activities are to be performed in compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocols

- Build and maintain a strong partnership with key carriers and vendors

- Instruct origin office for booking activities generating highest profit possible and fulfilling customer's expectation

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- One year experience in similar roles

- High level of attention to detail, communication, organizational skills in organizing, planning, assigning and controlling, decision making

- flexibility and ability to work under pressure are the top attributes sea logistics Operational Care needs

- Fluent in English
