Your Role**:As a part of the Sea Logistics Customer Care team you will have to ensure the efficiency of the order fulfillment process and the logistics management of goods with a view to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities**:

- Management of receipt / preparation orders

- Use of the internal WMS for routine activities

- Operate in compliance with the directives received, the approved plans, company and group policies and procedures

- Ensure the regularity, quality and timing of the activities necessary to carry out the fulfillment of orders and the delivery of goods #LI-CT2

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent use of MS Office

- Fluent in English
