We are seeking a Sea Logistics Reefer Operational Care Expert for our Livorno office. Apply today Your Role You will have a specific focus on the Pharma Healthcare and Perishables verticals, offering a wide range of tailor-made, end-to-end services, including Full Container Standard and Reefer, Full Container with Flexitank, Order Management, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Clearance. You will leverage state-of-the-art technology, our international network, and our sustainable, innovative supply chain solutions to reduce and offset the carbon footprint of your shipments. Your Responsibilities Ensure operational excellence by managing shipments with precision and in line with company standards. Apply optimized proceedings to ensure development of sea logistics operational KPIs. Contribute to cooperation with suppliers for shipments management. Process customer orders, promptly address complaints, and resolve any issues as a top priority. Work closely with Sea Logistics Customer Care and the Systems & Processes teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Contribute to the effective management of Full Supply Chain Logistics (FSL) processes. Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards in all operational activities. Adhere to Good Pharmaceutical Practices (GxP) in all relevant activities. Your Skills and Experiences At least 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics, with a solid understanding of import and/or export sea freight operations. Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
