Sea Performance Manager
Role Overview We are seeking a talented SEA Performance Manager to join our dynamic team remotely within the EU.
In this role, you will focus on managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for E-Commerce clients.
You will also play a vital part in contributing to our team processes and the agency's growth.
Title: SEA Performance Manager (m/w/d) Location: Fully remote within the EU Languages Required: German (native/C2) and English (B2 or above) Experience: Minimum 2 years, with a focus on Google SEA, especially in E-Commerce Key Focus: Managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display Responsibilities • Develop and implement high-level SEA strategies tailored for B2C E-Commerce brands.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display.
• Optimize product feeds and resolve Merchant Center issues.
• Analyze campaign data to identify scaling opportunities and drive results.
• Build strong client relationships, understand their goals, and deliver measurable results.
• Proactively communicate with clients, offering solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Leverage data-driven insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Craft compelling campaign narratives through engaging ad copies and targeting strategies.
• Share insights and best practices during weekly masterclasses to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with tracking specialists, creative teams, and freelancers for seamless campaign execution.
Requirements • Proven expertise in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns (€50k+/month).
• Proficiency in Shopping campaigns and product feed optimization.
• Technical knowledge of Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking, and attribution tools (e. g. , Triple Whale, Hyros).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.
• Creative skills for writing engaging ad texts and designing innovative campaign approaches.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take the initiative.
• Adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a growing agency.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Solution-oriented and driven to learn and contribute to the agency's development.
• The ideal candidate is a young professional (aged 20–27) who is eager to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
