Job Summary

The **SEM Specialist** will manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns with prominent search engines, developing and testing new keywords, analyzing click-through data, conversions, ROI.

The employee will manage various tasks of increasing complexity (multilingual campaigns, frequent refresh of creatives and granular ad-groups).

She/He will work with existing partners, such Google, Microsoft, or other global advertising providers, and collaborate with them in order to maximize the effectiveness of the marketing budget.

She/He will have a direct relationship with the creative department as well as technical team, having to verify the efficient deployment of new landing pages and/or graphic works.

All tasks must be periodically reported to the assigned department head.

**Who we are looking for

- A brilliant, hands-on professional with a proven track record on big budgets and programmatic campaigns;

- Attentive to numbers and strong approach to details will be key skills for this role;

- Excellence in time management and project prioritization skills.

**What skills are needed

- Relevant** **experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns;

- Passionate and expert in Digital Marketing;

- Proficient in web analytics and tracking tools such Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;

- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).

**Main Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising);

- Use of tracking tools, CRM or marketing automation tools;

- Manage internal stakeholders as well as 3rd party partners;

- Meet deliverables in tight timelines and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
