PURPOSE OF THE JOB We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our team at Christian Dior Couture in Venice at Cipriani Hotel. As Dior Ambassador, the Sales Assistant's responsibility is to contribute to the brand sales growth in the store, represent the brand values, and provide outstanding customer service.
Job ResponsibilitiesYOUR IMPACT You can implement valuable actions and strategies covering the following areas of responsibilities:
SALES Achieve sales objectives through effective use of sales techniques. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through details and stories of our products. Know the daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Identify customer expectations and advise them on products as well as add-on sales. Provide a retail ceremony to all customers and go the extra mile. Understand how to handle customer database and clienteling. MANAGEMENT OF THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS Ensure a welcoming client-focused environment, offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients. Problem-solve in partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is resolved to the benefit of the business and the client. BACK-OFFICE SUPPORT Contribute to product reception, quality control before sale, and update stock after sales when necessary. Elaborate and supervise product feedback. Prepare delivery and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping. ProfileWHAT YOU CAN BRING Requirements: Preferred experience of 2/3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques. Knowledge of products and selling techniques. University education or a Fashion school degree. English (C1-C2) is mandatory (other languages are a plus). Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software. Soft & Interpersonal Skills: Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take on different challenges. Positive and kind attitude. Team-working attitude. Committed, flexible, and willing to learn. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison. Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset. Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication.
