We are seeking a Seasoned Account Executive for Home Health Sales to join our dynamic team in Venice & Englewood, FL.

This role is crucial in driving business growth and promoting our company's home health services throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on home health servicesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior retirement communities, and skilled nursing facilitiesCreate and execute strategic plans to identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with healthcare providers and facilitiesCollaborate with operational and clinical leadership to implement territory sales plans effectivelyEnsure exceptional customer service and maintain a strong community presenceConduct presentations and educational sessions to promote company servicesAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metricsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM systemParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reachStay updated on healthcare industry trends, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and home health best practicesMinimum Requirements:Proven experience in home health sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targetsExceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingExcellent organizational and time management skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly home health servicesFamiliarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulationsDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and behavior, with a customer-focused attitudeFlexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel as neededValid driver's license with reliable transportation and insuranceBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferredLocal knowledge of Venice & Englewood, FL and surrounding areas is a plusAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
