Job Description:Activities:Be responsible for the development of seat belt systems for various vehicle models;Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing;Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations;Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support decision-making processes. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;Minimum 1 year of experience in seat belts development in the automotive industry is mandatory;Strong understanding of automotive safety standards and regulations;Proficiency in CAD/CATIA V5;Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;English language professional level is mandatory / German is a plus.
