**Mission**:

In order to strengthen our Construction team in Italy, the Secondary Permits Specialist will lead various activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. The main responsibilities include:

- **Identification and Management of Secondary Permits**: Overseeing all activities required to obtain secondary permits for the projects.

- ** Technical Documentation Support**: Assisting the engineering team in preparing technical documentation necessary for the issuance of secondary permits.

- ** Administrative Management**: Handling the administrative practices required to obtain secondary permits.

- ** Entity Interaction**: Engaging with various private and public entities involved in issuing secondary permits.

- ** Risk Analysis**: Performing risk analysis and defining preventive/corrective actions related to permits and grid connection to keep projects on schedule.

- ** Stakeholder Management**: Managing all activities and relationships with authorities, internal and external stakeholders during the project execution phase.

- ** External Requirements Management**: Overseeing and monitoring external requirements set out in the issued permits and agreements.

- ** RFQs**: Managing the Request for Quotations (RFQs) and managing external consultants involved in obtaining secondary permits with the alignment of the PM.

- ** Legislation and Regulation Knowledge**: Maintaining detailed and complete knowledge of regional and local legislation and regulations.

- ** Procedures Development**: Developing procedures for planning, organizing, executing, and controlling project permitting activities.

- ** Reporting**: Issuing periodic reports to monitor and control activities related to grid connection and permits status of the projects.

**Profil**:

- You have a university degree to a master's degree and have +3 years of experience in secondary permits management during construction (preferably photovoltaic).

- English and Italian are mandatory.

- Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry.

- You are a good comunicator, rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.

- You will be required to be 50% of your time on site and to to travel extensively.
