Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

We want you as a talented SecOps Engineer to help us in our mission by building up and enhancing the security measures that protect the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze security systems and logs for potential threatsStrengthen security configurations across the IT environmentDocument security incidents and create detailed reportsDevelop and implement security policies and proceduresDevelop and maintain security-related documentation to support organizational readiness and complianceIdentify vulnerabilities through assessments and ensure timely remediation through patch management and other controlsManage identity and access management (IAM) systems, ensuring adherence to least privilege principlesWhat we would love to see from youHands-on experience with Wazuh for log analytics and threat detectionExperience in log onboarding to WazuhKnowledge of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protectionExtensive analytical skills with the ability to investigate and mitigate complex security incidentsOne of the two:A bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or a related fieldTwo years of experience in IT security operationsExperience with vulnerability scanners is a plusWhy you should join us!
