We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Manager to join our dynamic team and safeguard our AI-powered platforms and data assets.

**What You will do

- Establish an incident monitoring and response system to promptly detect potential security threats and attacks. Coordinate incident response activities and support the team in vulnerability mitigation.

- Organize training sessions and workshops for company staff to raise awareness about information security, best practices, and company security policies.

- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations such as GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc. , and ensure that all business activities align with best security practices.

- Work closely with the technical teams, legal department, and other business functions to ensure the security of infrastructure, data, and business operations.

**Requirements**:

**What You Have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.

- Proven professional experience as a Security Manager, Security Architect, or related roles.

- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity methodologies and best practices.

- Familiarity with security regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.

- Ability to proactively identify security threats and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Hands-on approach

**What Would Be Nice To Have

- Cybersecurity certifications (e. g. , CISSP, ISC2, etc. ) will be considered a plus.

**Who You Are

- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent communicator and with advanced presentation skills to interact with personnel at various hierarchical levels.
