Summary**:

The Russotti Gestioni Hotels Spa company, for its **Rome Marriott Park Hotel**, is looking for a skilled and experienced **Security Manager**to join our Team!

As a Security Manager, your role will be extremely important in guaranteeing security and safety of the entire property, which includes loss prevention operations on a daily basis, protection of property assets, employees, guests, accident and fire prevention and response.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the hotel's security and safety policies and procedures in compliance with Marriott International standards and local regulations, ensuring the safeguarding of the facility, property, and company assets;

- Oversee all security operations, including surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response protocols;

- Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential threats, and implementing preventive measures;

- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, coordinating with local authorities when necessary;

- Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and compliance efforts;

- Train, manage and motivate the Security Team to ensure high performance and professionalism to meet Marriott's standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or equivalent in a related field such as Risk Management or Criminal Justice;

- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in a security leadership role, preferably from the Armed Forces field or in an international hospitality industry;

- Proven experience and knowledge of concierge and security outsourcing services;

- Strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response, and risk management;

- Familiarity with local laws, regulations and safety standards;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;

- Compulsory knowledge of English (B2).

Additional languages are a plus;

- Problem-solving, decision-making and crisis management skills.
