The main goal of the role is to create and maintain an environment in which employees, visitors, contractors, assets, intellectual property and company interests are protected from any threats posed to their physical safety.

**III - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Ensures the stability and reputation of the organization by complying with legal requirements, SOPs and LOPs.

- Organizes and manages the surveillance of the entire plant and ensures the security of all staff;

- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques;

- Prevents damage by reporting irregularities and any damage, informs violators of the security procedures;

- Ensures the inspection and security of buildings and all access points;

- Completes security incident reports by recording observations, information, events and surveillance activities;

- Supports the site security manager in the creation of complete security management systems in accordance with organizational plans and compliance and adherence to regulations (GDPR 2016/679, Legislative Decree 81/08, Law 300/1970, etc. )

and to processes and procedures agreed with regulatory bodies;

High school graduation / Bachelor's degree
