The Security Operation Center Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the prompt management of every security issue coming from the venues, both competitive and non-competitive.

The successful candidate will preferably have a background in operations centers, in the management of critical issues emerging at the local level and the ability to thrive in complex and structured environments.

Responsibilities: Processes and Procedures Management: Cooperate with the security team and stakeholders to review processes and structure policies and procedures. Emergency Management: Ability to work in complex situations with strong problem-solving orientation. Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and respond swiftly to emerging security needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the MICO26 SEC Functional Area to align with the Security KPI and adaptive needs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports on staffing levels, utilization, issues, and performance metrics.
