About the RoleThe Security Processes Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Group Security and Corporate Services Team by overseeing projects with a cost-saving perspective and identifying areas for intervention and alternative approaches to optimize resources.

This role requires high technical expertise in IT and quantitative analysis. The successful candidate will:Supervise security projects to enhance the team's efficiency, focusing on cost savings. Coordinate with various stakeholders for new projects and support the Travel Security function in cost definition and balancing. Develop or coordinate risk analysis and management platforms as needed. Support the technological advancement of security processes and create an incident management system for reporting and responding. Manage and optimize physical security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance, ensuring compliance with regulations and company security needs. Monitor security systems continuously and conduct periodic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose improvement solutions. Provide technical support and training to end users on security systems. Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in physical security to propose innovative solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of all security systems, including standard operating procedures and emergency protocols. Ensure compliance of security systems with applicable local, national, and international regulations. Assist the Physical Security Coordinator in drafting privacy-related documents regarding video surveillance for group companies. What You Need to Be SuccessfulWe would like to meet candidates with:Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Extensive experience in IT security and quantitative analysis. Strong knowledge of security technologies and regulatory requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and end users. Proven experience in project coordination and risk management. Certification in security-related fields (CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
