Job Description:In TDSYNNEX, we are looking for an Internal Sales specialist within the Security Business Unit, responsible for processes and vendor pricing, managing all quotes and closing orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers, engaging in detailed conversations about solutions and identifying opportunities to involve the right people in the company. Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities. Manage reporting and customer backorder along with specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing. "Manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers. Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition. Provide accurate and timely quotations. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring active closure of opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years of experience. Cyber-security skills and knowledge are a prerequisite. Fluent in Italian and English. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Good relationship-building skills. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
