**Your Role and Responsibilities

- Ensuring contractual obligations are met and SLAs are met or exceeded

- Chairing weekly service reviews

- Analytics of security trends

- Assess the profitability of accounts

- Manage and mature stakeholder relationships

- Manage and create service improvements

- Increase profitability by identifying new business opportunities with existing clients

- Take ownership of customer satisfaction

- Act as the main point of escalation

- Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base

- Working closely with customers to understand their business needs

- Manage transition of services into BAU in line with contract agreements

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- plus 5 years of experience in the IT security services industry;

- plus 10 years of experience in the IT services industry;

- Experience in the management of one of the following : SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Intelligence or Behavioral Analysis;

- Understanding of incident response and Cyber Kill Chain;

- Background in a customer facing environment;

- Experience working within a SOC;

- Strong attitude and capability in writing and oral communication for reporting, presentation, and new value proposition for the client.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving timely deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization;

- Almost one security certification (CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CRISC, . . . );

- Bachelor engineering or business, or above degree.

MBA is a plus

- ITIL v3 experience;
