You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the U. S. Sixth Fleet CNE-CNA-C6F of COMMANDER US NAVAL FORCES EUROPE Capodichino, Italy.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 07-10) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized Experience may include:1.

Manages the visitor badge and pass program and validates inventory management for badge accountability2.

Ensures security clearance requests are accurately submitted in the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), and similar related material for information that adversely reflects on the individual's loyalty or character3.

Performs in-processing of new employees and debriefings on departing personnel when required.

Manages the visitor badge and pass program and validates inventory management for badge accountability4.

Develops, implements, and as a command subject matter expert, administers the Industrial Security Program, and enforces all operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the program to include the establishment and maintenance of adverse information reports5.

Providing guidance and technical direction in the preparation of written responses to the DoD Central Adjudication Facility (DODCAF) when negative or adverse information affects employee security clearance eligibilityAdditional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: Security Administration Series 0080 (opm. gov) Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e. g. , professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
