Seeking Housing Assistant
A US Study Abroad organization looks to fill a FT position for 2025, reporting to the Housing Coordinator. The Housing Assistant will liaise with students, troubleshoot and resolve housing issues, assist with student arrivals, participate on Emergency Phone rotation, and be a strong team player in assisting other Student Services staff to ensure the best study abroad experience for our students.
Responsibilities: Liaise with students to troubleshoot and resolve housing issues. Assist with student arrivals. Participate in Emergency Phone rotation. Collaborate with other Student Services staff. Qualifications: Must speak Italian and English. Be mature, responsible, organized, and flexible. Capable of multitasking and handling competing priorities. Comfortable using Excel. Calm demeanor and diplomatic approach are essential. Previous experience in a study abroad environment is a plus.
