This role will lead marketing and sales activities related to products, systems, and services within the WATER & WASTE WATER industry segment, ensuring that the divisions and related sales units substantially improve their sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segment.
In this role you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.

Marketing Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Creates, implements and reviews industry segment strategy for the Country.
- Ensures the strategies and business plans are aligned with the overall divisions' strategy to achieve defined targets.
- Understands segment, channel and customer needs in the market and creates new business opportunities.
- Supports the organization in the execution of product launches and customer events when required.
- Manages commercial and technical support for the Sales team in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Uses standard reporting tools to accurately identify future opportunities and measure the segment-wise progress.
- Implements a customer-focused attitude, raising awareness of market opportunities and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and develops new customers to generate growth.
**Your background**:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Automation Engineering, Economy or Management.
- At least 5 years of proven experience working in Water Industry.
- Knowledge of End Users, Water Utilities, System Integrators and OEMs.
- Sound knowledge of water plants and water treatment machinery and processes.
- Strategic orientation and customer focus.
- Personal leadership and strong result orientation.
- Strong ability to relate to all stakeholders and all customer functions even with high decision-making levels.
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
