**Responsibilities

The Sales Network Development and Selection Director carries out the following activities:

- Selects the best professional sales profiles, according to company needs;

- Supports the coordination of assessment and onboarding processes, verifying compliance with high quality standards;

- Reports to the Operations Director and the Sales Director, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.

- Full time employee contract.

The salary assumed for the figure is 40K plus bonus; nevertheless, it will be defined and calibrated according to the professional's experience.

**Requirements**:

The requirements are as follow:

- Degree in economics with a grade of not less than 100/110;

- Italian native speaker, with good knowledge of written and spoken English;

- Previous professional experiences in sales roles, within structured business contexts;

- Strong analytical and organizational skills;

- Strategic vision: the person must be able to perform a cost-benefit analysis, accurately assess the risk, predict both long and short-term results and judge the implications;

- Problem solving attitude: the person must solve problems independently thanks to a solid sense of responsibility and good personal judgment.
