As an IMR Sales Manager , you will join our sales force and be part of some of the world's boldest and most impactful energy transition projects.
The Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team is responsible for repair and maintenance offerings either as a stand-alone SLA (Service Level Agreements) or part of EPCI packages. You will lead the tendering process and proposals preparation efficiently and effectively, supporting the Commercial Organization to focus on strategic value creation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Leading the tendering process and communicating the strategy internally. Delivering annual sales targets while achieving and exceeding the sales budget for assigned customers/projects. Tracking and managing the IMR sales opportunity pipeline from project development to contract closure. Conducting customer visits to understand challenges and needs. Working closely with customers to prioritize opportunities for conversion. Providing recommendations on commercial aspects for proposals. Developing and managing regular reports on sales, market, and competitor activity. Reinforcing and protecting the Prysmian Brand image. Ensuring effective communication flow between the market and business. Resolving disputes across all projects internally and externally. Fostering effective working relationships within the business. Analyzing lessons learned to reduce repeated mistakes across inquiries/proposals. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment , is experienced in managing complex data (prices, costs, variables), and can lead and manage the tendering process across the organization. We seek a quick learner with effective time management and negotiation skills, able to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred Electrical/Mechanical), Economics, or Scientific disciplines. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel (VBA knowledge is an asset). Ability to manage complex price lists and cost structures. Fluent communication in spoken and written English. Soft Skills:
Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Self-motivated, quick, and assertive. Analytical with strong attention to detail. Time management and result-oriented. Good writing and communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally in complex corporate environments. Calm, pro-active, and collaborative. Strong business development attitude with field experience. Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change. 3-5 years working experience in a medium-large worldwide organization. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in EPCI companies. Knowledge of basic Sales and Project Management concepts. Travel Requirements: 30/40% depending on specific situation.
