Sell It - Pricing Specialist
Team Overview and Job responsibilities
With the increasing responsibilities of the Team and complexity of the Project environment we are currently looking for a Pricing Specialist to support the business.
Pricing Specialist main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage in liaison with Sales Manager and Bid Manager the pricing definition on specific tenders;
- Collect, Analyze and Assemble costs coming from different departments (System Engineering, Installation Engineering, Project Management, etc. ) through the internal "TPA tool" (excel spreadsheet used to link costs and prices) to then calculate overall project contribution margins;
- Act as internal reference point for pricing and costing management within the commercial department;
- Lead the definition and implementation of improved tools and new processes for cost/pricing definition;
- Track costs/prices for easier comparison and support strategic decisions;
- Manage and Optimize Pricing Databases;
- Fill-in Client's pricelists when necessary;
- Train new Sales and Bid Manager in the use of the "TPA Tool".
You will have to cope with a medium amount of responsibility, remain calm under sometimes pressure, and be able to read and interpret instructions carefully as well as to adapt to corporate dynamics.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and You will play a significant role in the development of a successful and effective pricing process that will have a direct impact on employees day to day.
Travel Requirements: 10/15% depending on specific situation

Minimum Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred), Mathematics, Economics or Scientific disciplines;
- Able to manage complex price lists and variegate structures of costs/prices (products and services)
- Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Self-motivated, quick and assertive;
- Analytical, precise and with a strong attention to the details;
- Time management/Result oriented;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Willingly to work cross-functionally in complex corporate environment;
- Calm, pro-active and collaborative;
- Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
Minimum Experience:
->5 years working experience in a medium-large worldwide organization;
- Previous experience in a similar role and preferably in EPCI companies;
- Knowledge of basic Project Management concepts;
- Previous experience with pricing/costing tool and implementation of new pricing processes is a plus.
