**THE POSITION**:
In this role you will efficiently manage & coordinate, together with the team, the sell out in retail channels to increase sales rate, visibility and distribution of our brands.
You will develop our business in terms of volume, visibility and profitability, grabbing all the opportunities offered by the market and the customers/pos.
Furthermore, you will monitor and implement the activities planned by trade marketing / sales, improve sell out KPIs (secondary displays, shelf share, oos, distribution)
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In your new role, you will be responsible for the training and coaching of the field specialist to follow BI sales inputs and process
- Furthermore, you will build up and monitor pos panel to visit for each field specialist
- You will coordinate requests of the NAM-KAM-PSM
- Besides, you will gather information from the market
- You will define with the sales team and implement commercial activities with the Pos
- In addition, you will support Trade Marketing to implement sell out activities
- You will visit customers with Nam/KAM/PSM when necessary
- You will be responsible for Activating the strategy development
- You will be responsible for the Pos mapping
- Besides you will Define with Sales and Trade Marketing the best approach to maximize the POP strategy
- You will Assure the financial sustainability in line with the budget assigned
**Requirements**:
- University degree (preferably economics)
- Fluent in English
- Commercial experience in FMCG and sellout sales team management
- Experience in people management
- Marketing/Trade Marketing knowledge
- Good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook knowledge
- Analytical tools knowledge and main market indicators (e. g.
Iri)
- Target oriented e problem solving
- Negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
